OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE POUDRE
VALLEY AMBULANCE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins owns and operates vehicle mainte-
nance and fueling facilities at 835 Wood Street and 413 South Bryan Avenue,
and
WHEREAS, the Poudre Valley Ambulance Service desires to utilize said
facilities for the purpose of fueling for ambulances, and
WHEREAS , the City of Fort Collins has determined that providing
fuel for the ambulances of the Poudre Valley Ambulance Service pursuant to
an intergovernmental agreement will not be detrimental to the fueling
needs of other vehicles operated by the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, the emergency services provided by the Poudre Valley Ambu-
lance Service are of benefit to the residents of the City of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to enter
into an intergovernmental agreement with the Poudre Valley Ambulance
Service for the purpose of supplying fuel
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
20th day of July 1982
