OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
EXERCISING AN OPTION FOR RENEWAL WITH ERICKSON,
HUNT & SPILLMAN, P C FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF AN
INDEPENDENT ANNUAL AUDIT FOR THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No 130 of 1981, the Council of the
City of Fort Collins authorized the City Manager to enter into an agreement
with Erickson, Hunt & Spillman, P C for the performance of an independent
annual audit for the City of Fort Collins for 1981 , and
WHEREAS, said agreement provided for renewal options in 1982 and 1983
for the 1982 and 1983 audits respectively, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins, Erickson, Hunt & Spillman, P C has in the past satisfactorily met
the needs and requirements of the City of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to exercise
the option for renewal with the firm of Erickson, Hunt & Spillman, P C for
the performance of an independent annual audit for the City of Fort Collins
in 1982
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that for the performance of the 1982 audit, the
firm shall be paid a sum not to exceed $41,000
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
20th day of July, 1982
