OF A RELOCATION EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF GREELEY WHEREAS, as a part of the development of the City of Fort Collins Sludge Farm it is necessary to relocate the existing Greeley water line as it crosses said farm, and WHEREAS, in order to accomplish said relocation, it is necessary that the City of Fort Collins convey a new water line easement to the City of Greeley, and WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins does hereby find that the easement to oe conveyed to the City of Greeley is not used nor intended to be used for the municipal purposes of the City of Fort Collins nor secured for the purpose of being used for said purposes, and that it is for the best interests of the Citv of Fort Collins that the same be conveyed to the City of Greeley for the purposes of a municipal water line supplying said City of Greeley NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and the same hereby are, authorized to execute a good and sufficient deed of conveyance to the City of Greeley in accordance with Section 26-3 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins of that certain water line easement as described in the Exhibit attached hereto, and upon the terms and conditions as stated therein Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 17th day of August 1982 Mayor ATTEST City
