RESOLUTION 82-107
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE GRANTING OF A RELOCATION
EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF GREELEY
WHEREAS, as a part of the development of the City of Fort Collins
Sludge Farm it is necessary to relocate the existing Greeley water line as
it crosses said farm, and
WHEREAS, in order to accomplish said relocation, it is necessary that
the City of Fort Collins convey a new water line easement to the City of
Greeley, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins does hereby find that
the easement to oe conveyed to the City of Greeley is not used nor intended
to be used for the municipal purposes of the City of Fort Collins nor
secured for the purpose of being used for said purposes, and that it is for
the best interests of the Citv of Fort Collins that the same be conveyed to
the City of Greeley for the purposes of a municipal water line supplying
said City of Greeley
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor and the City Clerk be, and the same hereby are,
authorized to execute a good and sufficient deed of conveyance to the City
of Greeley in accordance with Section 26-3 of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins of that certain water line easement as described in the Exhibit
attached hereto, and upon the terms and conditions as stated therein
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins this 17th day of August 1982

DESCRIPTION OF a perment utility easement with shortened and extended side lines
to meet existing property lines as shown on the accompanying plat, located in the
E 1/2 of Section 21 and the SW 1/4 of Section 22, T7N, R68W, of the 6th P M ,
Larimer County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows
Considering the north line of the NE 1/4 of said Section 21 as bearing N 880 13'
20" 11 and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto
Commencing at the NE corner of the said Section 2a, thence, along the said north
line, N 88° 13' 20" W, 1656 60 feet, thence, S 32 09' 58" E, 101 46 feet, along the
easterly line of a tract of land recorded in Book 1148, Page 689, with the Larimer
County Clerk and Recorder, to the point of beginning of the control line of a 30 foot
wide permanent utility easement being 20 feet to the left and 10 feet to the right
of the said control line, thence, along the following courses and distances

20 feet being 10 feet on each side of the said control line, thence, continuing along
the control line of the said 20 foot easement, the following courses and dis-

The above described easement is subject to all easements and rights-of-way now
