OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
FINDING THE ALLEN-LIND-MOORE ANNEXATION PETITION
TO BE IN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH C R S , SECT 31-12-107
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has received an annexation petition
for property known as the Allen-Lind-Moore annexation, and
WHEREAS, the annexation petition has been referred to the governing
body pursuant to C R S , Section 31-12-107, for consideration to determine
if such petition is in substantial compliance with State statutes, and
WHEREAS, the Allen-Lind-Moore annexation petition is ,n substantial
compliance with State statutes
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
1 The Allen-Lind-Moore annexation petition is ,n substantial com-
pliance with the requirements of C R S , Section 31-12-107
2 The Allen-Lind-Moore annexation petition is hereby referred to the
Planning 8 Zoning Board for their consideration and recommendation to
Council
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of?er, 1983
