RESOLUTION 83-214
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING THE PLAT OF THE FAIRBROOKE SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND ACCEPTING THE
DEDICATIONS AS CONTAINED THEREON
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No 130, 1983, of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins, the Fairbrooke Special Improvement District No 79 (the
District) was created, and
WHEREAS, in further pursuance of the completion of the District, the
owner of lands contained therein has presented to the City a plat of the
District, and
WHEREAS, the said plat contains the dedication of certain streets and
easements to the City, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has deemed that it is
in the best interests of the City that the District plat and the streets
and easements as are laid out and designated thereon be approved
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the plat of the Fairbrooke Special Improvement District No 79
and the streets and easements as are laid out and designated thereon be,
and they hereby are, approved and accepted, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby directed to
record the said plat in the Larimer County, Colorado records
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 20th day of December, 1983
