OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF SUCH FUNDS
AS ARE REASONABLE AND PRUDENT TO ACCOMPLISH
THE DISSEMINATION OF INFORMATION AS SET FORTH
IN THE CITY'S PROPOSAL RELATIVE TO THE
75% SALES AND USE TAX ISSUE
WHEREAS, on January 4, 1983, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
adopted Resolution 83-16 approving the dissemination of general , objective
information to the public relative to the 75% Sales and Use Tax issue,
and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to authorize
the expenditure of such funds as may be necessary to effectuate the dis-
semination of said information
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Council hereby authorizes the expenditure of such funds as
are reasonable and prudent to accomplish the dissemination of information
as set out in the City' s proposal relative to the 75% Sales and Use
Tax issue
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
18th day of January 1983
