OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF A FISH AND
BENTHIC BIOSURVEY IN 1983
WHEREAS, City activities have always had a certain impact on water
quality in the Poudre River, and
WHEREAS, for some time, the City has been involved in a survey program
to determine the degree of impact such City activities have on water
quality in the Poudre River, and
WHEREAS, new issues have surfaced in the past nine months which issues
support the continuance of said survey program
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Or S M Morrison for the continuation of a Fish
and Benthic Biosurvey for the 1983 calendar year For said services, the
City is authorized to pay the sum of Sixteen Thousand Eight Hundred and
Twenty-One Dollars (E16,821 00)
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
1st day of February, A D 1983
