RESOLUTION 83 -67
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE FREEMAN
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 720 WOOD STREET
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has sought to purchase the Freeman
property since the early 1970' s due to such property' s proximity to the
City' s Service Center, and
WHEREAS, the Freeman property is now available to the City for a
purchase price of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($15,000 00)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement with Albert and Glenda Freeman to purchase the Freeman
property located at 720 Wood Street, said property to be purchased for a
sum not to exceed Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars (E75,000 00)
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 5th day of April , 1983
