EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION
TO NORMAN MILLER FOR HIS CONTRIBUTIONS
TO THE COMMUNITY AS COUNCILMEMBER
WHEREAS, Norman Miller served as a Councilmember representing the City
at-large from January 4, 1983 until April 12, 1983, having been appointed
by the City Council to fill the unexpired term of Margaret Reeves, and
WHEREAS, Mr Miller also contributed to this community through his
service on various appointed committees, including the Airport Ad-Hoc
Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins would like to ex-
press, on behalf of the residents of the community, its formal and sincere
appreciation and gratitude to Norman Miller for his contributions and
attention to the affairs of the City during his term as Councilmember
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that the City express, on behalf of the citizens of Fort Collins,
this formal statement of gratitude and appreciation to Norman Miller for
his service and contributions to the community during his term as Council-
member
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
