OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO PRESENT AN
UPPER THIRD PAY PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES
RETROACTIVE TO JANUARY AT THE NEXT
REGULARLY SCHEDULED CITY COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue to be able to attract and keep
quality employees, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue to emphasize the concept of
employee productivity, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to recognize the good job done by our em-
ployees
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that an upper third pay plan retroactive to the first pay period
in January, 1983, be presented at the next regularly scheduled City Council
meeting for discussion and vote
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
19th day of April , A D 1983
