OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE EXTENSION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY, THE EAST LARIMER COUNTY WATER DISTRICT
AND THE BOXELDER SANITATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on March 30, 1981 , the City of Fort Collins, the East Larimer
County Water District and the Boxelder Sanitation District did enter into
a certain cooperative agreement, and
-- WHEREAS, said Agreement, by its terms, -expired on March 30, 1983,-at
which time the parties to the Agreement may extend the same for an addi-
tional period in order to accomplish the purposes of the Agreement, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins does hereby declare
its desire to extend said Agreement for an additional period of two years,
unless earlier terninat€d upon mutual agreement of the parties
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fort
Collins that the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to enter into an
extension Agreement of that certain Agreement dated March 30, 1981 between
the City of Fort Collins, the East Larimer County Water District and the
Boxelder Sanitation District, said extension Agreement to continue in full
force and effect until March 30, 1985, unless sooner terminated upon the
mutual agreement of the parties
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
3rd day of May, A D 1983
