FOR THE ccNsTRUC.TICN OF IMPROVEMENTS AT THE
FORD COILIN1S-IDVE AND MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, the Cities of Fort Collins and Loveland Colorado jointly
operate the Fort Collins-Loveland Muncipal A,*mr+: and,
WHEREAS, it has been proposed the City of Fort Collins enter into
an agreement with the City of Loveland and Isbell Associates, Inc., for the
construction of certain needed improvements of the Fort Collins-Loveland
Municipal Airport, and,
P-M EAS, the proposed agreement has been reviewed and approved by
the City Attorney as to its legal effect and the City 0==l is of the
opium that the execution of said agreement is in the best interests of the
City.
NOW, MMEYiDRE, BE IT RESOLVED BY MIE O XTNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
c=jm that that certain agreement dated immary 3, 1978 by and between the
City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and the City of Loveland, Colorado, and Isbell
Associates, Inc. , be, in the same hereby is, approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said agreerent for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
21st day of February, A D 1978
