OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLIE'S
AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH LARIMER COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING
LIBRARY SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF LAPINER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City has provided library services to the residents
of Larimer County by virtue of an agreement rith Larimer County, and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of The Council of the City of Fort Collins
it is appropriate for the City to enter into an agreement with Lari,ner
County in order that the City may continue to provide said library ser-
vices
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the Agreement attached hereto be,
and the same hereby are, accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
