RESOLUTION NO 80_2
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE ENTERING INTO OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH LARIMER COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE CONTINUANCE
OF A BOOKMOBILE SERVICE ON BEHALF OF LARIMER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the City library system has operated a "bookmobile" service
on behalf of Larimer County by virtue of an agreement with the County,
and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Council of the City of Fort Collins
it is appropriate for the City to enter into an agreement with Larimer
County in order that the City may continue to provide said bookmobile
service
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ThE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the Aqreement attached Hereto be,
and the sane hereby are, accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directea to execute saia Agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 8th day of January, 1980
