OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS, DIVISION OF
HIGhWAYS, STATE OF COLORADO, TO PPOVIDE FOR THE INVEOTORY,
INSPECTION AND RATING OF 20 UPBAN SYSTEM BRIDGES IN THE
FORT COLLINS AREA
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has submitted a letter of intent
pursuant to the Surface Transportation Assistance Act of 1978 to obtain
federal funds to provide for the inventory, inspection and rating of 20
urban system bridges in the Fort Collins area
WHEREAS, the State has agreed that federal funds in the amount of
Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars ($10,776 00) have been made
available for this project with a match from the City of Fort Collins in
the amount of Two Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars ($2,694 00)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ] HE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manaqer be, and fie hereby is, authorized and directed
to enter into an agreement with the State Department of highways, Division
of Highways, State of Colorado, in order to accomplish the above described
worF with federal contributions in the amount of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred
Seventy-Six Dollars ($10,776 00) anc matching funds frorr the City of Fort
Collins in the amount of Tvo Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Four Dollars
($2,694 00)

this 8th day of January 1980
