OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO PERMIT CATHOLIC COMMUNITY
SERVICES/NORTHERN, INC TO UTILIZE CERTAIN MUNICIPAL
FACILITIES FOR THE SENIOR CHUCKWAGON FOOD PPOGRAM
WHEREAS, since November 1, 1976, Catholic Community Services/Northern
has operated a meal service for senior citizens within the Fort Collins
area known as Senior Chuckwagon, and
WHEREAS, Catholic Community Services/Northern has made application to
the City of Fort Collins for permission to utilize the City facilities
located at the Fort Collins Community Center located at 145 East Mountain
Avenue and the Northside Community Center located at 112 East Willow for
utilization in conjunction witn the Senior Chuckwagon program, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins, the continued operation of the Senior Chuck�,agon program
operates to the benefit of all Fort Collins' residents
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF ] HE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOVS
Section 1 That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized
ana directed to enter into an Agreement with Catholic Community Services/
Northern, Inc under the terms of which said organization would be permit-
ted to use certain municipal facilities located at the Fort Collins Com-
tiup `y Center and the Nc thside Comrr,atilty Center for t P purpose of prc d-
ing meal services for senior citizens
Section 2 That the aforementioned Agreement shall take effect upon
the passage of this Resolution and shall remain in force and effect until
October 1, 1980, unless otherwise extended or modified
