OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTEP INTO AN AGREEMENT
141TH WILLIAMWOOLFORD & ASSOCIATES FOR THE PUPPOSE
OF PROVIDING APPRAISAL AND NEGOTIATION SERVICES IN
CONNECTION WITH THE HEST MULBERRY STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
WhEREAS, heretofore the City has authorized the widening of a portion
of West Mulberry Street, and
WHEREAS, in connection with said project it shall be necessary for the
City to acouire additional right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins it is appropriate that the City retain the professional consulting
services of Villiam Woolford & Associates to assist the City in assembling
a data base of comparable sales and values and in appraisinq and riegotiat-
ing for the acquisition of the necessary right-of-way
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manaqer be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to enter into an Agreement with William Woolford & Associates to provide
appraisal ano negotiating services as set forth above, at a maximum cost to
the City of not to exceed Twenty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($27,000 00)
