WHEREAS, heretofore the City did solicit proposals for architectural
services in connection with parkinq and beautification improvements in the
Old Town Historic District of the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, in response to said request, Edaw, Inc did submit a proposal
which, in the ,judgment of the Council of the City of Fort Collins best
meets the needs and requirements of the City of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City P,anager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed
to enter into a protessional services dgreement with Edaw, Inc for land-
scape architectural services in connection with the 01a Town Historic
project with a mafinun compensation not to exceed the sum of Twenty-Seven
Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Dollars ($27,450 00)
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collint, this 4th day of March 19
