OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FOPT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO EXERCISE A RIGHT OF
FIRST REFUSAL ON THE PURCHASL OF THREE (3) T-HANGARS
LOCATED AT THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELANU IaUi'ICIPAL AIRPORT
WHEREAS, by Aqreement datea September 21, 1977, the Cities of Fort
Collins and Loveland did acquire a right of first refusal to purchase any
of forty (40) T-Hangars located at the Fort Collirs-Loveland ilunicipal
Airport in tine event said T-Hangars were offered for sale, and
WHEREAS, the City has been notified of trre proposea sale of three (3)
T-Hangars for a cash consideration of Thirty-Three Thousand Dollars
($33,000 00) , and
1HEPEAS, it appears to the Council of the City of Fort Collins that it
is in the best interests of the City of Fort Collins and tile Fort Collins-
Loveland Municipal Airport that the right of first refusal on the afore-
mentioned hangars be exercised
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUP'CIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That the City l"anager be, and he hereby Is, authorized and
directed to exercise on benalf of trre City of Fort Collins and the Fort
Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport, that certain right of first refusal for
the purcnase of three (3) T-Hangars located at the Fort Collins-Loveland
funicipal Airport at the agreed upon rnnzideration of TnirtN -Three Thousand
Dollars (Sj3,000 00)
Section 2 That this authorization to exercise the right of first
refusal shall take effect at such time as the City of Loveland also aqrees
to the exercise of this right of first refusal
Passed and adopted at a regular mEetinq of the Council of the City of
