DIRECTING AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER I
TO APPOINT A PROXY TO VOTE ON BEHALF OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS AT MEETINGS OF
IRRIGATION COMPANIES IN WHICH THE CITY
OWNS SHARES OF CAPITAL STOCK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
That the City Manager is authorized and directed on
behalf of the City of Foit Collins to issue proxies designat-
ing a representative of the City to vote for the City at any
stockholders ' meeting of an irrigation company in which the
City of Fort Collins owns shares of capital stock
Passed and adopted at an ad3ourned meeting of the City
Council held this llth day of March, A D 1980
