OF THE COUNCIL OF THE LITY OF FURT COLLINS
BEING A RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY
USE PERMIT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY AND
THE NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has obtained 186 acre feet units of
the waters of the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, and
WHEREAS, said district has tendered to the City a temporary use permit
for 186 acre feet units, allocating such waters to the City, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary that said temporary use permits be peri-
odically renewed
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
temporary use permit between the City and the Northern Colorado Water
Conservancy District be, and the same hereby is, accepted and approved,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf
of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 1st day of April, 1980
