OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH ELEANOR GALE FOR A PORTION OF THAT CERTAIN
BUILDING KNOWN AS THE AVERY HOUSE
WHEREAS, in the past, Eleanor Gale has leased from the City of Fort
Collins office facilities located in the Avery House, and
WHEREAS, in consideration of that lease agreement, Eleanor Gale has
performed substantial renovative services to the Avery House, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins, it is appropriate for Eleanor Gale to be permitted to continue to
lease business office space in the Avery House for an additional period of
time
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS
Section 1 That the City of Fort Collins be authorized to enter into
a month-to-month lease agreement with Eleanor Gale for business offices to
be located in several upper level rooms in the Avery House in the City of
Fort Collins
Section 2 That the consideration for the aforementioned lease
agreement shall be the sum of Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($350 00) per
month, including payment for three (3) additional parking spaces
Section 3 That Eleanor Gale agrees to provide custodial services to
the leased premises in the Avery House
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 1st day of April 19PO
