OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A DETERMINATION OF JUST COMPENSATION
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, from time to time the City of Fort Collins utilizes Community
Development Block Grant Funds for the acquisition of properties to be
utilized in connection with certain previously approved community develop-
ment projects, and
WHEREAS, in utilizing said funds, the City has agreed to pay just
compensation for the acquisition of any properties and, in accordance
therewith, has caused appraisals of the properties described below to be
prepared, and
WHEREAS, the City has caused said appraisals to be reviewed and in
the course of said review has determined just compensation for the subject
premises, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins, the values for the properties describe below do, in fact,
represent just compensation for said properties
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That the values set forth below for the properties identi-
fied below do, in fact, represent just compensation for said properties

Section 2 That the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized
and directed to offer said amounts for the acquisition of said properties
Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the City Council held
