OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE POUDRE-THOMPSON
TRANSPORTATION CORPS, INC (CARE-A-VAN)
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING SUPERVISORY
AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR TRANSFORT
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of contracting with Care-A-Van for
the purpose of providing supervision of administrative and budget
services, supervision of the Transfort Supervisor, grants search and
development assistance and public representation assistance by
Care-A-Van on behalf of the City' s Transfort System, and
WHEREAS, Care-A-Van is willing to provide said services as an
independent contractor of the City for a term to commence December 1,
1981, and to continue through December 31, 1982
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to
enter into an agreement with the Poudre-Thompson Transportation Corps,
Inc for the purpose of providing supervision and budget services,
supervision of the Transfort Supervisor, grants search and development
assistance and public representation assistance on behalf of the
City' s Transfort system, said contract to continue for a term begin-
ning December 1, 1981, and ending December 31, 1982 Payment to
Care-A-Van shall be in the sum of $1,700 00 per month, said payment
due on the first day of each month throughout the term of the agree-
ment
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Fort Collins held this 17th day of November , 1981
