OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH LARIMER COUNTY
FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING LIBRARY SERVICES
TO THE INMATES AND RESIDENTS OF CORRECTIONAL
FACILITIES OPERATED BY LARIMER COUNTY
WHEREAS, the County has requested and the City has agreed to provide
library services to the inmates and residents of correctional facilities
operated by Larimer County, and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Council of the City of Fort Collins it
is appropriate for the City to enter into an intergovernmental agreement
with Larimer County in order that the City may provide said library ser-
vices
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the agreement be, and the same
hereby are, accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be, and hereby is,
authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of December, 1981
