OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING FINDINGS CONCERNING THE APPEAL OF THE
ARMADILLO CLUB, INC , FROM THE DFCISION OF THE
LIQUOR LICENSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, on October 28, 1981 , the Liquor Licensing Authority conducted
a show/cause hearing for the Armadillo Club, Inc , and
WHEREAS, after hearing testimony from the Licensee and the Fort
Collins Police Department, the Authority ordered a one-day suspension of
the liquor license of the Armadillo Club, Inc , and
WHEREAS, on November 4, 1981 , the Licensee filed an appeal with the
City Clerk appealing the decision of the Authority to the Council , and
WHEREAS, on November 17, 1981 , the Council considered said appeal by
reviewing a record of the proceedings before the Authority and hearing a
brief oral argument by the appellant based on said record
NOW, THEPEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follovis
Section 1 That the Liquor Licensing Authority' s finding that a
violation of the Colorado Liquor Code occurred at the Armadillo Club, Inc ,
354 Walnut, on September 11 , 1981 , is upheld
Section 2 That the Liquor Licensing Authority' s order that the
liquor license of the Armadillo Club, Inc , 354 Walnut, be suspended for
one day is upheld
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of perPmhpr , A D 1981
