RESOLUTION 81- 185
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING GREGORY C DENTON AS ACTING CITY
ATTORNEY
WHEREAS on December 1 1981 Lucia A Liley resigned from the posi-
tion of City Attot ney and
WHEREAS a new City Attorney has been selected and will as qe the
responsibilities of the position of City Attorney February 1 , 1982, and
WHEREAS City Council deems it necessary to have an Acting City
Attorney in the interim period
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Gregory C Denton be, and he hereby is, appointed as Acting
City Attorney for the City of Fort Collins until February 1, 1982
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of December, 1981
