OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO APPLY
TO THE NORTHERN COLORADO 14ATFR CONSFRVANCY
DISTRICT FOR A TEMPORARY USE PFRMIT
WHEREAS, Tri-Trend, Inc , has proposed to the City that
they be permitted to transfer 34 units of Colorado Big
Thompson water to the City of Fort Collins in partial
satisfaction of water rights requirements for the development
of certain properties within the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS , pending the approval of the application for
the change of the Class "D" allotment contract with the
Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, a temporary
use permit is desirable
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the City be, and it hereby is,
authorized and directed to make application to the Northern
Colorado Water Conservancy District for a temporary use
permit for 34 acre feet of water
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council
of the City of Fort Collins held this 15th day of April,
1980
