OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENTS TO THE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES
WITH THE FORT COLLINS DEVELOPMENT COMPANY,
A LOCAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
WHEREAS, by Resolution 78-83 the Council of the City of Fort Collins
recognized the purposes of and provided funding for the Fort Collins
Development Company, a local development corporation, and
WHEREAS, said Resolution provided for entering into a contract for
services between the local development corporation and the City, and
WHEREAS, said contract for services now requires revision
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO
Section 1 That the Agreement dated February 2, 1978, between the
City of Fort Collins and the Fort Collins Development Company be amended
to
A Establish an exception procedure that would allow the Development
Company to participate in projects outside the boundaries of
General Improvement District No 1,
B Participate in projects involving property acquisition as well as
property rehabilitation
Section 2 That the City Manager and City Clerk be, and they hereby
are, authorized and directed to execute such amended agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 17th day of Jun D 1980
