HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-078-07/01/1980-AUTHORIZING CONVERSION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1318 SOUTH COLLEGE AVENUE FROM RESIDENTIAL TO NON-RESI RESOLUTION 80-78 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AUTHORIZING CONVERSION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1318 SOUTH COLLEGE AVENUE FROM RESIDENTIAL TO NON-RESIDENTIAL USES WHEREAS, Section 118-44 I of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes conversions from residential to non-residential uses in the R-H Zone under certain specified conditions, and WHEREAS, application has been made for authorization to convert the property described as follows from residential to non-residential uses 1318 South College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, also known as Lots Five and Six, Block Two, L C Moore' s First Addition, to the City of Fort Collins and together with the North one-half of vacated Buckeye Street adjacent to said Lot 6, as on record with the Clerk and Recorder of the County of Larimer, State of Colorado, EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed for highway purposes in Book 1097 at Page 88, according to the recorded plat thereof SUBJECT TO all rights-of- way, easements, or restrictions as now in use or on record Said property contains 15,988 square feet, more or less, gross, and WHEREAS, a hearing having been held before the Council of the City of Fort Collins on the 1st day of July , 1980 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that conversion from residential to non-residential uses for the property described as 1318 South College Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, is hereby approved Passed and adopted at a regular m ti g of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this 1st day of J 1 A D 1980 h ATTEST '1164ft City Clerk
