OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF AN ALTERNATE
MEMBER TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD AND
APPOINTING SAID ALTERNATE MEMBER
WHEREAS, Section 1 of Article XIX of the Charter of the City of Fort
Collins provides that the Planning and Zoning Board shall consist of a
membership of seven, and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to create an alternate membership to said
Board to establish a trained source for permanent appointment to the Board
when vacancies occur, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make an appointment to fill said
alternate membership
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that there is hereby created an alternate membership to the Plan-
ning and Zoning Board consisting of one (1) alternate member who shall be
appointed by the City Council to serve a period of two (2) years, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that
the following named person be, and he hereby is, appointed as an alternate
member of the Planning and Zoning Board, with term to expire as set forth
after his name
