OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ADOPTING A RATE SCHEDULE FOR PRIVATE RECEPTIONS
HELD IN THE LUDLOW ROOMS OF THE LINCOLN COMMUNITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the rates charged for use of the Ludlow Rooms in the Lincoln
Community Center for private receptions are below rates charged for compar-
able facilities within the community, and
WHEREAS, a rate increase for private receptions held in the Ludlow
Rooms of the Lincoln Community Center would result in additional revenues,
and
WHEREAS, such an increase would allow the Ludlow Rooms to remain
competitive for such services within the community
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following rate schedule be adopted for private receptions
held in the following areas within the Lincoln Community Center
Area Private Reception Rates
Ludlow Rooms
Small $25 00
Large $35 00
Combined $55 00
Total Complex $85 00
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 19th day of August A D 80
