OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE APPOINTMENT OF GEORGE HOLTER TO
THE BUILDING CONTRACTOR'S LICENSING BOARD
WHEREAS, Marion T Allen, Jr was appointed by Council as a regular
member of the Building Contractor's Licensing Board for a four-year period
from July 1, 1977 through July 1, 1981, and
WHEREAS, Marion T Allen, Jr has submitted a resignation to Council
for the Planning and Zoning Board effective July 16, 1980, and
WHEREAS, Council desires to make an appointment to fill Mr Allen's
term
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that George Holter be, and he hereby is, appointed as a regular
member of the Building Contractor' s Licensing Board to serve until July 1,
1981, said appointment to be effective immediately
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 5th day of Augus D 1980
