OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ASSOCIATED STUDENTS
OF COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE PURPOSE
OF PROVIDING TRANSFORT SERVICES
WHEREAS, pursuant to prior contracts the City has provided
Transfort services to the student body of Colorado State
University through August of 1980, and
WHEREAS, the City and the Associated Students of Colorado
State University have successfully negotiated an agreement which
contains the following ma3or provisions
1) The City shall provide Transfort services from
September 1, 1980, through August 31, 1981
2) The Associated Students of Colorado State Univer-
sity shall pay the City the sum of Two Dollars
per semester for each full time, fee paying
student
3) The City shall provide a specified level of
publicity to inform students of the availability
of Transfort services
4) The City shall provide certain improvements to
the transfer point of the Transfort system
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the City Manager is hereby authorized
to enter into an agreement with the Associated Students of
Colorado State University for the purpose of providing Transfort
services from September 1, 1980 , through August 31, 1981
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
