HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-106-09/02/1980-AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF COLORADO RESOLUTION 80-106 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF COLORADO, COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD, FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING A DRAINAGE oASIN STUDY FOR THE WEST VINE DRAINAGE BASIN WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins is presently in the process of conducting a drainage basin study fcr the West Vine Drainage Basin for the purpose of evaluating flood plain and d-ainage conditions, and WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has contracted with Engineering Professionals, Inc for the purpose of conducting said study, and WHEREAS, the State of Colorado, by and through the Colorado Water Conservation Board, has agreed to participate in the funding of the study in the amount of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 00) , and WHEREAS, in exchange for the joint funding by the Colorado Water Conservation Board, the City agrees to provide the State of Colorado with copies of the completed study NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with the State of Colorado, by and through the Colorado Water Conservation Board, for the purpose of providing for joint funding of a drainage basin study in the West Vine Drainage Basin Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins held this 2nd day of 1980 a ATTEST -City Clerk C1,
