OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING CITY STAFF TO MAKE ALL NECESSARY
PREPARATIONS RELATIVE TO THE ISSUANCE OF
STORM DRAINAGE AND SEWER BONDS
WHEREAS , monies were budgeted in 1982 for the issuance of Sewer
Revenue Bonds for the following projects, to wit Sludge Disposal Project
and Northwest Trunk Line Design, and
WHEREAS, monies were also budgeted in 1982 for the issuance of Storm
Drainage Revenue Bonds for the following projects, to wit Foothills and
Fox Meadows Basin Improvements and McClelland and Mail Creek Basin Improve-
ments, and
WHEREAS the estimated costs of the aforementioned projects including
the costs of bond issuance expenses is $2 ,085 ,000, and
WHEREAS, the City Council believes it is in the best interests of the
residents of the City of Fort Collins to proceed with the issuance of bonds
for said projects
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that City staff be, and is hereby authorized to make all neces-
sary preparations, including but not limited to the retainage of bond
counsel and disclosure counsel relative to the issuance of Storm Drainage
and Sewer Bonds
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 6th_ day of April , 1982
