AUT40RIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH M&I, INC FOR THE PROVISION OF
DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO IMPROVEMENT OF
WATER PRESSURES ON THE WEST EDGE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, three years ago a phased program was initiated to improve
water pressures on the west edge of the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, monies have been budgeted to cover the cost of said project
and the City Council has deemed it in the best interest of the City
that M & I, Inc be engaged to assist in design and engineering services
relative thereto
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement with M&I, Inc for the provision of design and engi-
neering services relative to the improvement of water pressures on the west
edge of the City of Fort Collins, said services to include site evaluation,
design, surveying, preparation of legal descriptions, preparation of
construction plans and specifications In consideration for said services,
the City of Fort Collins shall pay M&I , Inc the sum of $192 ,872 00
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
4th day of May 1982
