DIRECTING THE CITY STAFF TO PROCEED WITH
THE FINAL DESIGNS OF THE MASON/HOWES ONE-WAY
COUPLET AND LINDEN STREET BRIDGE PROJECT
HEREAS, preliminary designs of both the Mason/Howes one-way couplet
d the Linden Street bridge project have been completed, and
' HEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins favorably reviewed
aid preliminary designs at a work session on the 26th of August, 1980,

WHEREAS, the primary purposes of the Mason/Howes one-way couplet and
u.ie Linden Street bridge project are to relieve traffic congestion and
.—prove traffic circulation within the City of Fort Collins, and
"HEREAS, the City Council desires to proceed with such a program for
..he benefit of the City of Fort Collins
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City staff is hereby directed to proceed with the final
designs of the Mason/Howes one-way couplet and the Linden Street bridge
oroject
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 2nd day of September 1980
