OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
AGREEMENT WITH LARIMER COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR A HOUSING
REHABILITATION PROJECT IN LARIMER COUNTY
WHEREAS, Larimer County has received funds from the Federal Government
for the purposes of a community development block grant program, and
WHEREAS, Larimer County does not have adequate, experienced personnel
to administer the community development block grant program, and
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has adequate staff, experiences in
the administration of community development block grant funds, and
WHEREAS, Larimer County wisnes to enter into an agreement with the
City of Fort Collins for the purpose of administering the community de-
velopment block grant funds received by Larimer County
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, directed and authorized
to enter into an agreement with Larimer County for the purpose of providing
personnel services to administer the community development block grant
program which the County desires to implement
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 2nd day of A D 1980
