PPROVING THE MAKING OF AN OFFER TO THE
PERSO L REPRESENTATIVES OF THE PORTNER ESTATE
FOR THE P CHASE OF LOT 37, BLOCK 21, CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, the personal epresentatives of the Roy A Portner Estate are
entertaining offers to purch a the following described property Lot 37,
Block 21, City of Fort Collins, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, it is in the best nterest of the City of Fort Collins that
said property be purchased by the ty for the sum of $30,000 00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be and h hereby is, authorized to offer the
Roy A Portner Estate $30,000 for th purchase of the above-described
property
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 21st day of October 1980
