OF THE COUi4LIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO APPLY
TO THE NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY
DISTRICT FOR A TEMPORARY USE PERMIT
WHEREAS, Melody Homes has proposed to the City that they be permitted
to transfer 58 units of Colorado Big Thompson water to be the City of Fort
Collins, and
WHEREAS, in exchange for the transfer of said rights, the City is
prepared to provide Melody Homes with a water certificate evidencing said
transfer, and
WHEREAS, subject to the approval of the application for the change of
the Class "D" allotment contract with the Northern Colorado Water Conser-
vancy District, a temporary use permit is desirable
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City be, and it hereby is, authorized and directed to make
application to the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District for a
temporary use permit for 58 acre feet of water
