OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MAiIAGER TO ENTER INTO
A CONTRACT WITH GENERAL CODE PUBLISHERS FOR
SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, Section 1-15 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins provides
that the Council shall provide for supplementation of the Code, and
WHEREAS, the City has previously entered into contracts with General
Code Publishers Corporation providing for the supplementation of the Code,
and
WHEREAS, the contract between the City and General Code Publishers
Corporation is subject to renewal at this time, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney ard City Mdnager have reviewed and approved
the contract between the City and General Code Publishers
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into an agreement with General Code Publishers Corporation for the purpose
of providing for supplementation of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 16th day of December , 1980
