OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
DETERMINING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY NOW OWNED
BY THE CITY IS NOT NEEDED FOR MUNICIPAL k
PURPOSES AND AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SUCH
PROPERTY

WHEREAS the following described property situate in the
Cify of Fort Collins, County of Larimer and State of Colorado
to wit
I
The East 50 feet of the South 17 5 feet of
Lot 7 and the East 50 feet of the North 1/2 E
of Lot 8 all in Block 82 in the City of
Fort Collins Colorado
is owned by the City of Fort Collins and
WHEREAS such property is not now used nor intended to be
used for municipal purposes nor secured for the purpose of
be ng used for municipal purposes and it appears to be in the
belt interests of the City to sell the same and
WHEREAS the City has received a bid for the purchase of
sa d property from Tom Feeney in the amount of Five Hundred
Do lars ($500 00) which bid corresponds with the appraised
value of said property and
WHEREAS it is in the best interests of the City to accept
such bid and to convey the property above described for the
consideration of Five Hundred Dollars ($500 00)
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the City Council hereby finds and deter-
mines that the property above described is not used nor intended
to be used for municipal purposes nor secured for the purpose
of being used for municipal purposes and that it is for the
best interests of the City of Fort Collins that said property
be sold
Section 2 That the bid of Tom Feeney for the purchase
of said property for the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500 00)
be and the same hereby is accepted
Section 3 That the Mayor and City Clerk be and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to convey said property to
Tom Feeney for and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
