RESOLUTION 75 64
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT TO BE ENTERED INTO
WITH THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
LARIMER COUNTY FOR LEASE OF A MUNICIPAL
COURTROOM IN THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE
WHEREAS in recent years the City of Fort Collins has main-
tailed its municipal court in the Larimer County Courthouse and

WHEREAS the space previously used for the municipal court
is now needed for the use of the Larimer County District Court
and
WHEREAS other space in the courthouse which was formerly
used for 3ury quarters can be made available to the City of Fort
Collins for a municipal court and
WHEREAS a lease has been negotiated with the Larimer
County Commissioners for such space which has been approved
by the City Attorney and the City Manager and
WHEREAS in the opinion of the City Council it is desirable
and in the best interests of the citizens of the City of Fort
Collins that the municipal court be located in the Larimer County
Courthouse which is the location of the other courts in the
coulty and therefore the City Council desires to accept and
authorize such lease
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the lease agree-
ment within referred to be and the same hereby are accepted
and approved and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be
and they hereby are authorized and directed to execute said
lease agreement for and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 4th day of November A D 1975
