OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND WATER DISTRICT AND
THE SOUTH FORT COLLINS SANITATION DISTRICT FOR
THE PLANNING OF WATER AND SEWER SERVICES
IN THE SOUTH FORT COLLINS AREA
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of April , 1982, the parties hereto entered
into an Intergovernmental Agreement whereby the parties agreed to take
certain actions in regard to the water and sewer service to be provided in
the certain areas of the Fort Collins Urban Growth Area, and
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to extend the terms of said Inter-
governmental Agreement and to add terms thereto
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Mayor be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter into an
Extension Agreement with the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District and the
South Fort Collins Sanitation District for the planning of water and sewer
services in the South Fort Collins area
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
17th day of May, A D 1983
