OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE FORT COLLINS-
LOVELAND AIRPORT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No 74, 1983 , the City Council created an
Airport Authority for the purpose of maintaining and operating the Fort
Collins-Loveland Municipal Airport, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance provided for the appointment of three members
by the City Council of the City of Fort Collins and three members appointed
by the City Council of the City of Loveland, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes to appoint three persons to represent the
City on said Authority, and
WHEREAS, the Council wishes at this time to appoint the two citizen
representatives to said Authority and to come back at a later date to
appoint the third member
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named persons be, and they hereby are, appointed
as members of the Fort Collins-Loveland Airport Authority

Joseph E Phillips
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
19th day of July, A D 1983
