OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO 77,
BOARDWALK AND LANDINGS DRIVE
WHEREAS, the City invited bids for construction of street improve-
ments, storm drains, bridges, and water and sewer utilities for Special
Improvement District No 77 , Boardwalk and Landings Drive, and
WHEREAS, the bids have been received pursuant to the aforesaid invi-
tation and the period for receiving bids has now closed, and
WHEREAS, the low bid received by the City for the construction con-
tract for said Special Improvement District #77 was submitted by Sterling
Paving Company in the amount of $593,607 10, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins has determined that
the contract for said construction be awarded to the lowest qualified
bidder
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is, authorized to enter
into a contract with Sterling Paving Company for the construction of
street improvements, storm drains, bridges, and water and sewer utilities
for the Special Improvement District No 77, Boardwalk and Landings Drive,
to be in the total amount of 593,607 10
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
16thday of November, 1982
