OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE ANHEUSER-BUSCH CORPORATION
RELATIVE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN INDUSTRIAL
PARK SITE FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A BREWERY
WHEREAS, in June of 1982 , the City of Fort Collins entered into
negotiations with the Anheuser-Busch Corporation for the development of a
site for the construction of a brewery, and
WHEREAS, as a result of said negotiations, an Agreement has been
drafted, said Agreement outlining the services to be provided by the City
and Anheuser-Busch, and
WHEREAS, Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City of
Fort Collins to approve said Agreement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized to enter into
an Agreement with the Anheuser-Busch Corporation, said Agreement to provide
for the development of an industrial park site for the construction of a
brewery Terms of the Agreement include the provision of services by the
City of Fort Collins and Anheuser-Busch relative to 1 ) Annexation and
Land Use, 2) Electric Service, 3) Water Service, 4) Perimeter Roads,
5) Storm Water Management, 6) Wastewater Service, and 7) Financing, for the
development of said industrial park site
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
14th day of December , A D 1982
