OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT
TO THE COLORADO HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT A CERTIFICATE
OF INTENT TO PROCEED WITH THE REPLACEMENT
OF THE LINDEN STREET BRIDGE
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has applied for State motor fuel tax
funding for a portion of the replacement cost of the Linden Street Bridge
pursuant to a special highway bridge program, and
WHEREAS, the Special Highway Committee for the State of Colorado has
granted such funding in the amount of $424,154, and
WHEREAS, the City must submit to the State of Colorado a "Certificate
of Intent to Proceed" with the project in order to reserve said funding for
the City
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS, that the City Manager be, and hereby is, authorized to execute, on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins, said "Certificate of Intent to Proceed"
and submit said certificate to the State of Colorado
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
20th day of September, 1983
