OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH
THE PUEBLO LIBRARY DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins desires to enter into a License
Agreement for the Purchase of an updated computer based circulation/inven-
tory control system for the Library, and
WHEREAS, such an upgraded system is currently available for purchase
through the Pueblo Library District at a cost of $7,500, which is included
in the 1983 budget, and
WHEREAS, in the considered opinion of the Council of the City of Fort
Collins, it is in the best interest of the City to acquire this upgraded
system now being marketed by the Pueblo Library District
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City Manager, be, and he hereby is, authorized and di-
rected to enter into an Intergovernmental License Agreement with the Pueblo
Library District for the purpose of purchasing an updated computer based
circulation/inventory control system for the Library
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 20th day of September, A D 1983
